OCCUPATION: Mr. Dillihay has extensive experience in managing health care operations and facilities. He has served as hospital administrator and chief operations officer for more than fifteen years. In 2007 he was primary consultant in human resource management during the consolidation of two major health agencies in Washington D.C. He has also served as Associate Commissioner for the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Deputy Director South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and Director of U.S Housing and Urban Development's Hospital Mortgage Insurance programs. Presently he is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Richland County School District in Columbia, South Carolina.
EDUCATION: Mr. Dillihay holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. He received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from South Carolina University and Economics at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Dillihay completed fellowships with the National Association for Black Public Administrators, Leadership South Carolina and the South Carolina Executive Institute.
