Cathy S. Clark

Cathy S. Clark serves as a senior principal for the Noblis Center for Health Innovation and senior researcher in the Noblis Health Innovation Research Institute. She is also the practice director for the Strategy & Planning Practice.

As the leader of the Enterprise Strategy Service Line, Clark has worked in the healthcare industry since 1981. She has particular expertise in directing strategic and service line planning engagements for healthcare organizations and has developed special expertise in physician planning, integrating strategic financial planning and market research.

Prior to joining Noblis, Clark held positions with Amherst Associations, Inc. as well as Blue Cross of Massachusetts. As a consultant, Clark has led numerous affiliation planning projects including the development of co-sponsored regional and national health systems and has acquired extensive experience in planning for Catholic healthcare. Clark has given a variety of presentations and has written publications on issues including Avoiding the Pitfalls of Strategic Planning, Planning Under Uncertainty and Developing a Successful Physician-Hospital Organization.

Clark graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and her Master of Management with Distinction from Northwestern University.
