As your partner in a working relationship focused on the immediate and future challenges confronting hospitals and health care systems, the Center offers a comprehensive array of research and assessment services to its members and the governance community at large.

 

Governance Assessment Process (GAP)

Members receive one free GAP each year.  This evaluation is used by health care organizations to assess the overall performance of their boards.  GAP will reveal an organization's strengths and weaknesses, and shed light on what must be done to govern better.
