United Airlines is the official airline for the Center for Healthcare Governance. No advance purchase is required. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days in advance of travel. Cancellation
The cancellation deadline for this conference is June 5, 2007. If you cannot attend the conference, you can always send a substitute, even at the last minute. (Please notify us of any changes in advance so that we can have a badge prepared.) If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund (less a $250 processing fee) must be received in writing no later than June 5, 2007. Cancellations made after that date are not eligible for a refund.
